BITES & BOOKS

Ok, so the upcoming year is approaching. As much as I enjoy staying fit (and those of you who know me, my key essence is running)  I do fall head-over-heels for some delicious grub. 

Tacos, burgers, ramen noodle soup, or sushi... most often than not, the craving is beyond real.

So, in conclusion, I pretty much run to eat, ha. 

In order to end the year properly, let me share a couple of favorite joints for great food (Phoenix & Scottsdale) along with a few books I discovered to be my favorites, hence "Bites & Books".

The streets of Phoenix...

Our sleepy weather has been the topic of conversation all-around lately.  

The contrast of the dark weather, textile wood & greenery was quite dynamic...

Casting shadows with casted clouds. I have to admit, it's kinda neat. I enjoy the change.

My favorite color is black, so it pretty much compliments any type of scenery.

i'm not sure what it is, but Arizona seems to be catching the gloomy drift of the late. quite unusual, really.

although this weather seems to stimulate my inner-laziness & my attraction to cuddling... with a little leisure reading...and hot chocolate, i secretly do love the weather changes & somehow still always manage to find a way to work straight through the weekend.

by the way, this dress has been a closet classic.

I decided to experiment a new take on ze blog.

My attempt to a little fitness-inspiration, incorporation, personalization. 

I'll admit, I am a health advocate. Although I allocate a few donuts ever so often (maybe more than you can imagine), running is my vice. On a personal note, I participate in as many fundraiser-awareness runs as my hectic schedule permits. 

This Valentine's Day, I partook in "Hearts 4 Alex" 5k Run in Scottsdale. All donations went to Alex, a sweet 9 year old boy with cancer. The most adorable boy. 

 Spread love. Share love. Be love.
