Better than Yesterday

Your body is your temple, your presence your style, your outcome reliant on attitude. Start your day off right and set your foot in the right direction. Activate your mindset and stimulate a consistent state of positive thinking. Make your awakening thoughts automatically thankful, upbeat, & energetic. Find discipline to set your alarm, open the horoscope of your positive mental awareness, jump out of bed before sunrise, and kick-set your metabolism into fat-burning gear!

Tips:

-Place your alarm across the room; walking towards it to turn it off slowly awakens the zombie-like feeling

-Drink ice cold water upon waking

-Begin with 30 minutes of cardio; proceed with a weight training regimen; stretch

-Initiate doing this daily

Post-workout, continue your morning routine with a light, healthy breakfast and nice cup of joe. Then, presume with your regular hygiene routine. To correspond, plan your outfits that display professionalism with a taste of classiness and conservative sexiness. Incorporate your personality into your choices of clothing and color.

Start your day revived, refreshed, and ready to face your day--- well-groomed, well-dressed, and well-spoken.
