fat-burn friday

WOD: Fat-burning machine

Neglect monotony at the gym, and do me a favor--- challenge yourself today.
5 sets; 30 second rest in-between sets:

  • Smith's machine squats: 45-75lb, 12 reps

  • 10 burpees with push-ups

  • 25 crunches

  • Cleans: 30-50lb straight bar

  • Run: 1 mile

Don't forget to stretch a tad before and after the workout. Go ahead, knock it out ya"ll.
