Happy Friday friends,
I hope you all are still sticking to your New Year resolutions. Here's a little tidbit for those of you ladies that are still on the fitness grind at the gym:
- Don't want to ruin freshly done manicures but want to weight-lift? Trying to avoiding hand calluses caused by weight bars? Rawlings baseball gloves is my secret. Although they may not be quite "gym chic", these mesh-leather gloves do the perfect job of keeping those designer nails intact.
- Aim to stay fully hydrated. Drink at least a gallon and a half of water a day. Keep that beautiful skin quenched and glowing.
- Bored of your workout routine? Try this WOD, created by yours truly:
-5 sets, 1 minute each, non-stop:
StairMaster (level 7), knee push-ups, stationary squats, plank, pickpocket crunches
-Treadmill run/jog (20 minutes)
