1 minute each, 6 sets total. Perform each set of exercises with a 30 second rest in between:
- mountain climbers
- stationary deep squats with two-10 lb dumbells
- sitting oblique twists with single 10 lb dumb bell
- stationary isometric squat (hold for 1 minute)
- jump squats
- v-up abs (balance on your tailbone, knees bent. straighten arms in front of you, and in a slowly motion, move arms up and down 1 inch).
