workout of the day

Don't wait until summer to achieve your ultimate body. Start today. Start now.  And make it an effort to sweat once day.

Sexify that backside, tone your abs & shape up your legs. Sweat to this workout that I designed specifically to just that.


Put a little love into that body, y'all!


1 minute each, 6 sets total. Perform each set of exercises with a 30 second rest in between:




  • mountain climbers

  • stationary deep squats with two-10 lb dumbells

  • sitting oblique twists with single 10 lb dumb bell

  • stationary isometric squat (hold for 1 minute)

  • jump squats

  • v-up abs (balance on your tailbone, knees bent. straighten arms in front of you, and in a slowly motion, move arms up and down 1 inch).
